Project Center is a university project where we gained hands-on experience working in a professional, real-world development environment. The platform was created as a response to clear challenges in the organization, visibility, and management of academic projects within the university’s project incubator. Our solution was a collaborative digital platform focused on usability, visual clarity, and user experience - especially for administrative tasks. Key functionalities include: Projects - project listings, participants, budgets, calendars, and status overviews; Bookings - management of available spaces and resources; Users - registration, editing, removal, and role management; Ideas - space for generating and sharing project-related ideas; Calendar - overview of key dates and team coordination; Profile & Settings - user management, app configuration, visual themes. I had the privilege of serving as the Product Owner, acting as the main point of contact with the client, gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the team delivered a product aligned with the client's needs and expectations.
